Dancing With The Stars

The much awaited Dancing With The Stars Show finally debuted last night!! There were so much talk before the premiere that you cannot help but anticipate its appearance on television. It was a star studded affair, complete with gorgeous people and flimsy, sexy skimpy outfits for the ladies!!! Hey, guys, do you watch the show just to see the ladies in their skimpy outfits? We got you, do not deny it!!! He! He! He! Wait a minute, what do you mean, gorgeous people? They are not the only ones that are gorgeous! Each and everyone of us are gorgeous in our own way!!! Ha! Okay, you win, kiddo!! We are all gorgeous and beautiful!!! Ha! Ha! Ha!There were eleven celebrities competing for the trophy, ranging from television personalities to an American legend! Why are we, the public, so engrossed with it? Because, besides being entertaining, you see a lot of celebrities that twirls, glides and swirls in their dances that you try to imagine yourself as. Speak for yourself! Aw, Come on! I am not the only one that daydream that you can really learn how to dance like that and get paid big bucks! Admit it!!! Okay, I admit! Why do the celebrities vie for a spot on this dance competition? For one thing, I imagine they get paid a lot for doing it. This is true, is it not? Plus, look at all the exposure they get, being on the show! If they are unknown, they become a household name during and after the show! Then they are more marketable. More exposure, more marketing, more moolah!!! Get it????? Let us now talk about the contestants.There are a lot of hopefuls in my humble opinion. For one thing, I was surprised to see Chad Ochocinco, a football player, has dance moves! I thought he will be stiff, being a wide receiver! I was wrong! Good for him! Then, there is Evan Lysacek, the Olympic gold medalist. He was kind of nervous and not at ease, but he was still good with his dance moves. Would you not be nervous, if you learned one thing on your figure skating, and you are learning something different with dancing? I supposed. Give him a break! You will see, he will be a top contender for the trophy! How about the Pussycast Doll, Nicole Scherzinger? I know she will be good at this competition, and she will have an edge over the other contestants because she has been performing and dancing in her gigs! Right? How about the others?Jake Pavelka, the Bachelor. What can I say? He can move alright, but he need a lot more work. Did you see Vienna? I can just imagine that she will be there all the time watching her man! That is right! She will be watching her man's every move, especially in a sea of lovely,scantilly clad women!! I cannot blame her! Would you???? What was Gia, dumped by Jake, doing there, with Vienna? Are they friends now? Watch Jake and Vienna become cold with their romance after Dancing With the Stars! Any bets???Erin Andrews, the lovely ESPN sportscaster. She needs a lot of work and practice with her partner, Maksim Chmerkovsky, who can really move his hips! Do I see any romance blooming between the two???How about Buzz Aldrin, an American legend, the second man to walk on the moon? He is hopeless! He cannot move a thing, let alone his feet!!! After all, he is 80 years old!!! So, give him a break! Let me see you at 80. You might not even be able to stand up, let alone move in front of millions of people! Okay, sorry, Buzz, I cannot help it. Do they cast older people because of Len Goodman, the older judge? Oh! Oh! Ha! Ha! Ha!! I applaud the casting director for not forgetting the senior citizens even if they know that the seniors will not have a chance. It is nice for the ratings, is it not? They are showing that there is an equal opportunity with their program, even if it is very remote that a senior will win! Hep! Hep! Hurray! I should mention Shannen Doherty, the bad girl on television. Does it not tear your heart to see how close and devoted she is to her dear father, who had recently recovered from a stroke? But how about her dance moves? Is it good? Not really! She needs many hoursof work and practice!!! But mind you, she is a good daughter! It shows!!!!! Pamela Anderson, the sex kitten from Baywatch of yesteryears! What can I say? WOW!!!! She still looks S...E...X...Y... complete with sexy moves! She sure knows how to get the judges attention! How old is she??? Anyone?????There are other contestants which did not really warrant my talking about them this time. They were drowned in obscurity with these fine dancers I mentioned. My bet for the trophy will be between Nicole and Evan! But we should not rule out the fan based voting. I think Jake has a huge fan base! Look at what happened last season... Donny Osmond won!!! He has a lot of fans all over! If it is a popularity contest, who knows again what the outcome will be???? What do you ladies and gentlemen think? Are you with me??
