Celebrity Apprentice

Celebrity Apprentice, Season 9, just aired last night. Why do I watch this reality show? Do I get anything out of it? Is it due to boredom? Or there is nothing else to do and watch, so I become a couch potato, for, in this instance, 2 hours!!! Wow!!! You are indeed a couch potato! Then you bring your potato chips with you and chomp! chomp! chomp!! You are enjoying yourself, are you not? Ha! Ha! Ha! Of, course, who would not? Anyway, I watched because of all the reasons stated above. Is there a problem with this? No. Since you watched it, tell us if it is interesting or not. Okay.There were 14 celebrity men and women on the show. The men were separated from the women. Each group had to pick a name. The women chose the name Tenacity, the men, Rock Solid! Such good, strong names! Each group had to choose the group leader for the opposing team, the women chose Bret Michaels, a rocker, for the men; the men chose Cyndi Lauper, a rocker also, for the women. Donald Trump gave each group a task, which is opening up a diner for 3 hours in 2 separate locations. What do you think happened? The men had an edge over the women, because they have a celebrity chef, Curtis Stone, with them! The women had no celebrity chef, only a Victoria's secret model, Selita Ebanks, who knows how to cook because she had a lot of people in her family! This is not fair, I thought, because for sure, the women will lose. The men has a secret weapon, a chef! Did I think right? Go on and find out..... keep on reading!!!!The women were really doing great! They had a very long line waiting to get in the restaurant, to eat and take pictures of the celebrities! The turn around time for diners was not good, it seems the line of patrons is getting longer. They called some hot shot friends with money to come in, but it seems they were lost in the line. No one from the women even looked to see if the big fat donors were outside! The women were very busy with each task. They have a problem. They know they have a problem. Did anyone think or attempted to correct it? No, because I think they were all flustered and they were like they were in la la land. The leader was not as organized, I think. Did they have a plan B? They did not even have a plan, period!!! I wonder if they just had a carry out of the food, if all of the lined diners, up to the last one would have been served? Then, also, someone should have looked at the people lined up to see if any of the fat cats are in the line! They could have taken them inside to have the priority seating. They should have at least 2 vacant tables constantly for special patrons! I am sure the other people would not mind, since these diners will be paying thousands of dollars for a hamburger! After all, it is for charity. The menu, which is mostly hamburger, was only $25.00! When I saw that, I really thought for sure that they will lose! The men, on the other hand, was charging $100.00 and up for hamburgers. There were many people that went in the restaurant and went back out when they saw the menu! I would too! I will not pay $100 for a hamburger! El Cheapo!!! Ha! You are darn right! I thought surely the men will lose, because there were no lines. But lo and behold, their friends came, and paid thousands for a hamburger! The diner was also packed! Needless to say, the men won! They made $57,000, the women only $39,000 which included the $10,000 donated by Trump for the food that Joan Rivers, his spy, liked! What a difference! Hopefully, the women will get their act together next time! As a result, one of the women, Carol Leifer, comedian was fired! My, oh, my, oh,my!!!!! When Cyndi lauper was asked by Donald Trump why she was only charging $25.00, her reply was, the people will not be able to afford it! Donald Trump replied that it is a rich neighborhood, he did not care, and she would have been better off charging more! I forgot that Donald is not for the poor people. I was so pleasantly surprised with Cyndi Lauper. She is a rocker, and look at the way she dresses and her image! I saw that it seems she has compassion for the poor, will not say bad things on her teammate, even if her behind is on the line. She really has a gold heart! I was really impressed with her!!! Good for her!!! It was unbelievable how she stood her ground with Trump! Very impressive indeed! You really cannot judge a book by its cover!!!!! Amen!!!!
