Pretty soon, everybody will be going back to school!!!! What do you mean, " everybody?" How about babies, grandparents, bums, and others that are not enrolled to go to school???? Mama mia!!!! You are sooo crazy!!!! No, I am not!!! You know what I mean!!!! Not really!! Goodness gracious, you make me tired!!! You are exasperating!! Wowie!! That is a new, deep word!!!! Are you impressed?? Of course, I am, coming from you!!!! Ha! Ha! Ha!
Do you remember the first time you went to school??? How could I.... I was only 5 years old!!!! I cannot even remember what I ate last night!!!! Tsk, tsk, tsk!!!! Testy, testy, testy!!!! Kidding aside, what makes children want to go to school??? To interact with other kids and to play!!!! Some kids though are shy, and it takes some a while before they get used to the new environment!!!! That is true!!! But if the teachers make it fun, the kids will like going to school!!! But if the teachers are just teaching blah subjects, then the kids will not like school!!!! Am I right or what??? Comments, anyone???
The school in pre- kindergarten or kindergarten should make it a priority for children to have fun!!!! It is the foundation whether they will like school or not!!!! There are many things that the teachers can incorporate in their teachings!!! And a good teacher will find ways to intermingle academics playfully!!!! Right, teachers???? Wow!!! that is another deep word!!! Hush!!! Do not disturb my thought!!!!
When you reach the elementary grades, this is where the chidren starts having fun, especially if they have friends in school!!! This sets also the foundation, I believe, whether you will excel or not!!! Why did you say that??? Because it is at this age that children really likes to play!!!! The parents should take aside time to guide children and let them know that there is a time for play, and a time to study!!!! Nowadays, who has time for anything??? Everyone is in a rat race!!! Some even have 2 or 3 jobs to make ends meet!!!! Oh, oh, No comment!!!
How about high school??? This is the time that the hormones are at work!!!! Usually, the boys and girls would like to hook up with someone!!! The special someone can either break or make you into a fine student!!!! Other times, the peer pressure is sooo great, that kids start experimenting with drugs or other things to be in the " in" crowd!!! This is where the parents really have to pay attention so their beloved son or daughter will not stray!!!! Any comments????
Then graduation from High School!!!! The students will have the option to continue with their studies or go on to get a job!!! What do you think is the statistics of high school graduates going to college??? I am not really sure, but it must be really high nowadays!!! Why is that??? Many companies want a college graduate nowadays, because they are better equipped in the proffesional or business world!!! There might be some that climb the ladder of an organization just because they are good and they have been in the organization forever!!!! Nevertheless, I think a good college ecucation is a must now in an ever changing world of confusion, technicality and brainstorming!!!!
Let us pray for all that is going back to school, that they will have a successful and safe schoolyear!!!!
