Back to what I was saying.... There was the Hula Hoop, glowing pendant necklaces, pet rock, beanie babies, mood ring, coil spring, Rubik's cube, Cabbage Patch Kids, just to name a few!!! And it seems that there is a new craze that comes up every year that makes children crazy and they just have to have it!!!! It is also a dream come true to the inventor who suddenly hit a gold mine!!!!!
Look at the Cabbage Patch Kids. They are not called dolls, but kids, and you have to adopt them!!! A brilliant strategy!! I remember when that was a very hot item, people had to look for them everywhere!!!! You would be lucky if you ever find one!!! And how about the Rubik's cube??? It sold 100 million from1980 to 1982!!! It is still loved by children and adults!! And where are these items now??? Probably gone, or in some attic gathering dust!!!!
What is the present craze now??? Silly Bandz!!!! What is it???? You mean you have not seen any??? Only in pictures!!! What is it? They are brightly colored bands that can be worn around the wrist like bangles, but returns to their original shape like animals, unicorn, fish, crabs, sailboats, etc, once removed from the wrist!! Is that not clever or what??? What makes this sooo appealing is the affordability!!! It is sold in packs of 24 for only $4.95!!!! It is not only young children that are going crazy with it, also college students!!!! And like the Pokemon cards, it can be traded, collected and shared!!!!
A long time toy inventor, Robert Croak, really hit the jackpot this time!!! The annual sales two years ago was $10,000. And how about now??? A whopping $100 million!!!! That is really fantastic!!!! Which comes to my mind, why can't we think of something as simple as that, that will be an overnight success??? Because some of us do not have the force nor the brain to concoct or make inventions!!!! Or maybe, we just have not put our thinking cap in gear!!!!
Yes!!!! The Silly Bandz is the new thing!! Some schools are banning it because it is a distraction! Kids trade it or gaze at other students arms instead of listening to the teacher! The recent episodes of So You Think You Can Dance saw the departure of 2 more dancers. Do I think that the dancers booted out deserved to go??? There was no doubt that one of them should have stayed!!!! He probably does not have a good fan base outside that he was sent home packing!!!!! What are you talking about???? Sounds like a gibberish talk to me!!!! Tell us who were sent home!!!! Not yet!!!! You have to wait a little bit!!!!
Let me talk about Cat Deeley first. The first day of the episode, she looked nice with a black and white dress. How about the second day??? I had to wear sunglasses again, because Cat Deeley was sooo bright with her hot pink outfit!!!!! Ha! Ha! Ha! Just kidding!!!!! She really looked great with her hot pink outfit!!! Is it just me or was her hair a shade darker???? Also, she was wearing sooo many bangle bracelets that I thought she was going to dance a Bollywood number!!!! Oh, ya??? Dacing a Bollywood number in high heels???? Are you crazy or what???? Cat Deeley looked great with her skinny figure!!!! Do I sense jealousy there??? Ha! Ha! Ha!
How about Mia Michaels??? Mia looked great also with her black dress!!! Wow!!!! I was really surprised that her tattoo did not show. So, Mia has conservative clothes!! I was really surprised to see her in a conservative outfit!!!! What did you think of her outfit the next day??? She was back to showing off her tattoo!!!
There was a guest judge also... Toni Redpath, a 4 time undefeated American professional ballroom dance champion and a choreographer!!! She was a breath of fresh air in the show!!!!
How about Nigel Lythgoe??? He made the biggest blunder on the show!!!! The 61 year old judge called So You Think You Can Dance.... American Idol!!!! That was a big ooopsie from the old foggy!!!! Nigel, we know that you might be going back to American Idol as executive producer and will replace all judges!!!! Are you going to be in SYTYCD and AI at the same time??? Will you be up to par with that???? Can you concentrate or you are just excited, since it will be American Idol versus Simon Cowell's X Factor???
Who were in the bottom three??? Jose Ruiz, Billy Bell and Lauren Froderman!!!! Jose Ruiz and Billy Bell said goodbye in this episode. I can see Jose leaving because it seems all he can do is the same breakdancing that he has been doing from the start!!! I was sooo surprised to see Billy Bell leave!!! I think Billy is a better dancer than Adechike Torbert!!!! What do you mean??? That is just a matter of opinion!!! Other people think that Adechike is good, hence he was saved from elimination!!!! How about you guys out there, any comments????

Breakfast
What is breakfast that so many people neglect to eat?? It is the first meal of the day, and the most important meal of the day!!!! People that eat breakfast have better concentration, better metabolism, and seems better weight!!!! How is that??? When you have eaten breakfast, at work, you can concentrate, rather than keep thinking on when your break is because you are soooo hungry!!!! And what do you eat??? When you deprive yourself of the most important meal of the day, be at home or work, you try to eat everything that you see to calm your growling stomach!!!! Yikes!!!! Sounds like a monster inside of you!!!! Ha! Ha! Ha! You bet, if you do not feed your face at the onset of the growl, then you will experience lightheadedness and dizziness!!! And after you eat, your stomach seems to be bloated and you have that crazy feeling that is very hard to explain!!!! Is this talking from experience???? You bet!!!!!!
Why do people decide to forego breakfast??? They are in a hurry to go to work, and some think it is a hassle to prepare!!! Why will it be a hassle?? It is very easy to prepare. Just fry, poach, scramble or boil an egg and eat with a toast and that is good to go!!! Or how about an oatmeal???? Yikes!!!!! Do not knock oatmeal for breakfast!!!! It is good for you and lowers cholesterol!!!! You do not have to eat it as is. Try adding fresh fruits or a little bit of nut, or a combination of both!!!! Try it, you will like it!!!!! Then tell me how it is!!!! Deal????? Hmmm.... I think I would rather have an oatmeal raisin cookie!!!! That is more yummy!!!! I agree, but that is dessert!!!! We are talking about breakfast!!!! Oh, excuse me!!!!!
I would rather have for breakfast a Western omelet, hash browns. rye toast, coffee and orange juice!!!! Wow!!!! That is a lot of food!!!! Can you finish that??? Of course not!!!! That is why there are "doggie bags" if you are eating in a restaurant!!!! That really sounds good!!!!! Where is the nearest breakfast place????
Speaking of hash browns and western omelet, where and how did the words originate???? Oh, oh, here we go again!!!! Oh, well. Hash browns was originally called hashed brown potatoes. It was gradually shortened to hash browns around 1970. Hash browns are shredded or diced potatoes that are pan fried. When meat or vegetables are added, it is called hash!!!! On the other hand, omelet is thought to have come from the ancient near east, the dish traveling to Western Europe through the Middle East and North Africa. Each country then produce their own version of the recipe and gives it another name, like Spanish tortilla, Italian frittata, and French omelet!!!! Wow!!! That was what I like about you, you always give us a little bit of history in every subject you blog!!!! Did we learn something new again, ladies and gentlemen???? You bet!!!!
How about pancakes??? It is okay with me, as long as you add fruits and whipped cream on top!! Wow!!!! Sounds like a dessert also!!!! No, it is breakfast, you dodo!!!! And a high calorie intake!!!! I guess when you eat this, that will be your lunch and dinner too!!!! What do you mean??? I said, that is all the meal you will have for the day!!!! That is a big pile of food!!!! Nonsense!!!! Just walk around a little, jump a little after eating and presto!!!! You will be ready to eat another meal!!!! You are sooo crazy!!!! I do not know about you!!!! Where do you put all that food???? Where else???? In my bottom???? Ha! Ha! Ha! You are sooo dumb!!!!
In some countries, people eat rice, eggs and meat, like sausage, bacon etc. What do you mean other countries??? People in America has been eating rice for breakfast!!! Ask some people!!!! How about cold pizza, or any other leftovers you see??? Yuck!!!! That will work too. I have done that and when you are hungry, anything goes in your mouth!!!! Hot or cold!!!! No questions asked!!!! I am sure that I am not the only one who has eaten cold pizza!!!! Come on.... let me see who have eaten cold pizza!!!! Do not be bashful!!!!! I see, there are many who have done the same thing!!!! And it is good, is it not????

I know, do not get your mind wandering in the gutter!!! Sorry, I cannot help it!!!! I am just kidding, many people get satisfaction eating, is it not??? That is one hobby that Americans like!!!! Look at all the restaurants, fast food, non fast food and all you can eat !!! We are all obsessed with food!!! Is this the reason why there are sooo many people with big stomachs and big butts???? That is right!!!! I am guilty of that also!!!! Oh, I just love to eat!!!!! The smell of food is sooo tempting!!! Ahhhh!!!! We apparently do not have self control!!!!! We can eat but we also have to lead an active life, not be a couch potato!!!! Hold on!!!! Why are we talking about this???? We are talking about breakfast!!!! Sigh!!!! You are right!!!! Sometimes I get carried away!!!! Only sometimes??? LOL.

Big Brother, 07292010
The episodes of Big Brother is getting juicier every week!!!! There are more disappointments, back stabbing, romance, shouting matches, lying, and dumb moves!!!! Then there are supposed to be strategic moves that backfires to the face of the planner!!! What a sorry sight that was!!!! To have a plan, only to backfire!! And to say that you are the most intelligent of all the houseguests?? Come on, there is a doctor in your midst!!!! On the second thought, I do not know about him!!!! But he really, really made me laugh sooooo hard with his stupid speeches!!!! Where on earth did he learn how to make a speech like that???? Hmmmm.......... In the medical school???? Ha! Ha! Ha! Oh, no!! Not in medical school because I know very many smart doctors that does not give out incoherent and idiotic speeches!!!! My, my, my, I believe the doctor made this blunder because he did not want to leave and in desperation, he said gibberish, nonsense sentences!!! It was hilarious though, and you bet, I was really entertained!!!! I wonder what his patients and the other doctors will say when he goes back to his office???? That will be interesting to know!!!!! Any comments????

Matt did not listen to his brigade team, consisting of Hayden Moss, Enzo Palumbo, and Lane Elenburg who wanted him to nominate Branden Villegas and Rachel Reilly, the lovebirds!!!! Matt Hoffman's "genius plan" was to backdoor Branden!!!! Was that a stupid idea or a good idea??? Much to the chagrin of his alliance and Dr. Andrew, he proceeded with his dumb idea!!!!
What happened next was an unexpected turn of events that Mattt could not believe!!!!! On the veto competition, which names do you think were picked to play in the competition???? None other than Rachel and Branden!! Ha! Ha! Ha! Matt!!!! Nenenenenene... To make the long story short, Branden won the veto competition, much to the delight of Rachel!!!! Matt's plan backfired!!!!! Now, what is your plan B to get rid of either Branden or Rachel, "genius Matt?'' You should have seen the look in his face after Branden won the veto competition!!!! Dr. Andrew now is really getting frustrated and desperate. He talked to Branden, his secret ally, that he will make a bold move to get the houseguests votes!!! Did he succeed???? Of course not, with his stupid speech!!! On his speech, he mentioned about going after Rachel and Branden!!! He then ended it with, " use the power of veto on me!" What the heck was that???? He bullies Branden and Rachel, then asks him to use the veto??? He is one heck of a delusional doctor!!!! I just love it!!!! I could not stop my laughter!!!! Good grief, Dr. Andrew, what were you thinking???? At that point, I knew he was a goner!!!! Andrew's speech made Rachel upset, which Branden said it was just a show! Rachel could not believe that Branden did not tell her!!!! Oh, oh, lovers quarrel??? And it is a man between them???? Whew!!! Branden, how will you get out of this mess with your lovely partner????
Before the voting, the nominated evictees were given another chance to talk. Sheriff Kathy's speech was short and simple!!! How about Dr. Andrew???? I could not believe it!!!! He made a bigger speech, exposing the secret affair between Hayden Moss and Kristen Bitting, what they talked about the houseguests when they were in bed and him trying to sleep!!!! Wow!!! That was explosive!!! But the explosion did not blow on Hayden and Kristen, it blew on Dr. Andrew!!!!! Now, now, that was really hysterical!!!! Never have I laughed sooo hard watching a reality show!!!! Quick, someone please give the doctor a sedative!!!!! He is something else!!!! And he is a doctor??? Yikes!!!! What an idiot!!!! A very stupid move!!!! Dr. Andrew, you are a ninkampoof!!!! Dr. Andrew, did your mind gone kaput???? I wonder what the houseguests will say when they learn that he is a doctor???? Hmmmm.....Needless to say, the vote was unanimous in saying sayonara to the stupid doctor!!!! The vote was 8-0!!!! Oh, oh, we will miss the ever hysterical doctor, don't we!!!! I would love to see more of him to see what else he can do that will be as hilarious??? How about bringing the doctor back, Julie Chen and the producers of Big Brother?????
The Head of Household position is once again up for grabs!! During the competition, poor Rachel was on the block several times, thanks to Kristen!!! Ugh!!!! Kristen was trying soooo hard for Rachel to be eliminated, but Rachel was like a bad, recurring dream that will not go away!!!! What was the end result??? Rachel won!!!! Phew!!!! She is again the HOH!!!! Hurray for Rachel and Branden!!!!! I just loved the outcome!!!!
The show ended with Rachel and Kristen in heated words!!!!! Hmmmm.... Who do you think will Rachel nominate for eviction???? Want to bet it will be Kristen and maybe, Hayden???? How about Matt, the liar???? Wow!!!! This show is really getting insane!!!! I guess we will have to wait until Sunday!!! Their ratings must be up since the show is televised three times a week!!!! Hmmmm.....Needless to say, the vote was unanimous in saying sayonara to the stupid doctor!!!! The vote was 8-0!!!! Oh, oh, we will miss the ever hysterical doctor, don't we!!!! I would love to see more of him to see what else he can do that will be as hilarious??? How about bringing the doctor back, Julie Chen and the producers of Big Brother?????
The Head of Household position is once again up for grabs!! During the competition, poor Rachel was on the block several times, thanks to Kristen!!! Ugh!!!! Kristen was trying soooo hard for Rachel to be eliminated, but Rachel was like a bad, recurring dream that will not go away!!!! What was the end result??? Rachel won!!!! Phew!!!! She is again the HOH!!!! Hurray for Rachel and Branden!!!!! I just loved the outcome!!!!
The show ended with Rachel and Kristen in heated words!!!!! Hmmmm.... Who do you think will Rachel nominate for eviction???? Want to bet it will be Kristen and maybe, Hayden???? How about Matt, the liar???? Wow!!!! This show is really getting insane!!!! I guess we will have to wait until Sunday!!! Their ratings must be up since the show is televised three times a week!!!! America's Got Talent, 07272010
Wow!!! I did not realize how many acts were picked by the judges who have to pass another hurdle to go to the semi- finals!!!! There were already 36 acts that performed, and 12 more acts to go!!!! Some of the acts were better in their last 2 performances, a few changed their routine, and some made it a notch better!!!! For sure, those who made it did something more to their acts to give it a wow factor!!!!!
Who were the 12 acts? They were the following: South Philly Vikings - a dance group that seems they belong in a carnival with their costumes; CJ Dippa - a rapper, who probably wants to be the next Eminem; Harmonica Pierre - a Harmonica player; Polina Volchek - hula hoop dancer; The Strange Familiar - a 4 member band with a woman soloist; Haspop - dancer that seems to have soft bones in his body; Luigi - singer; Chipps Cooney - magician; Kaya and Sadie - belly dancers; Jeremy VanSchoonhoven - a bicyclist daredevil; Debra Romer - singer from Kalamazoo, Michigan; and Studio one Young Beast Society - Hip Hop dancers!!!!
Let us go to CJ Dippa, the young rapper boy. Do you think he is the next Eminem??? Possibly!!!! Like Piers Morgan said, he cannot understand one word of what CJ is saying!!!! Whew!!!!! I thought it was just me that did not understand his rap words!!!! Well, well, you are slow, just like Piers!!!! Ha! Ha! Ha! That is why Piers and Howie Mandell are always on each others throats!!!! And poor Sharon Osbourne always had to referee them to keep them in place!!!! Speaking of Sharon, she really looked very pretty with her blue dress!!!! I do not know what it is that made her a knockout in her blue dress!!!! It must be that the blue dress complemented her red hair and her complexion!!!! She had a wow factor in this show!!!!
Polina Volchek, the Hula Hoop dancer. She changed her hula hoops to a rope!!!! It was still good, but like Piers said, it was boring!!! How about The Strange Familiar - the 4 member band??? When the soloist started singing, I thought that she should have perforned by herself!!! She has a very good voice!!!! True enough, Piers had the same sentiment like me!!!!The soloist's husband was playing the guitar, and they probably want to be together!!!! That is good, but what do you guys think out there???? Then there was Luigi who was better on his last 2 performances!!!! I think he chose the wrong song, to start with!!!! Plus, it seems that he was very nervous!!!! He missed his chance to shine!!!! How about Chipps Cooney??? The so-called magician??? He blew his chance!!!! Imagine, at his age doing a striptease like Chip n Dale???? Yuck!!!!! How in the heck did he pass the last hurdle???? Howie!!!!! You are a fool to let him go through!!! And dumb Piers and Sharon did not stop Howie!!!! Sharon even asked if Chipps was wearing pampers!!!! Ha! Ha! Ha! What a moron!!!! What a humiliating night for Chipps!!!! Shame on you for laughing at him!!!! I was not laughing, I was soooo disgusted!!!! Yuck! Yuck! Yuck!!!!!
Then there was Jeremy Van Schoonhoven, the bicyclist daredevil, whom Sharon called the next Evil Knievel!!!! He did his stunts blindfolded, and he nailed it!!!! How about Debra Romer, the singer??? I think she still need some work!!! I could not believe that Piers gave her a standing ovation!!!! Piers, is it because she is beautiful, and have a good stage presence, besides a good body that shows with her leather figure hugging pants complete with heels????? Needless to say, because of that Howie had a note or two to Piers!!! I am with Howie on Debra, she is good, but not that good!!!! There are better singers in the competition!!!! How about the Studio One Young Beast Society, the Hip Hop dancers???? They are good, but their name is a mouthful!!!!! Where on earth did they come out with that name????

Peanut Butter
What is the subject of my blog today???? Guess?? I will give you a hint!!! It is one of America's favorite food, and it has been a staple for more than a century!!! It is very versatile, can be used in a sandwich, and can be added to many foods to create sophisticated dishes like pasta and salads!!! It is loved by children, as well as adults!!!! Wow!!!! Sounds like a very yummy food!!!! There are sooo many that can be added to other foods!!! Is it salami??? No!!! Bologna???? No???? Ham??? No!!! I give up!!! Tell us!!!! You will kick yourself once I tell you!!!! Okay, ready???? Peanut Butter!!!! That's it???? Yup, that's it!!!! You are right, I could kick myself, for not guessing that correctly!!! Oh, well!!!
What is peanut butter??? Everybody should know that it is a food paste made from ground dry roasted peanuts. Hmmm....I wonder if we can make it??? If it is just peanuts made into a paste, no big deal, is it not??? What do you mean??? Are you going to try to make peanut butter??? Forget it!!!! Just go to the store and buy a jar!!! It will be cheaper and you do not have to dirty your blender or whatever you are going to use!!! Where is your sense of adventure in cooking??? It went kaput!!! Think also of the time you are going to consume!!! Not advisable!!!! Okay, you talk me out of it!!! I guess I will never be like one of those cooking sensations!! Of course not, knowing you, everything has to be done fast!!! Did you know that the leading exporters of peanut butter is the United States and China??? Whoopeedo!!!! Is there such an expression???? Who cares????
Peanut butter is really good. It can be used in cakes, jams, jelly, ice cream, brownies, cookies and pretzels!!!! Pretzels??? That is right!!!! Pretzels!!!! I just had some and oh, is it ever soooo delicious!!!! It tasted sweet, so it can be eaten as a snack or dessert! Like you, before I tried it, I was thinking," Yikes, no way am I going to try it!!" I was really pleasantly surprised and I was glad I tried it!!! Has anyone had it before???
I also like peanut butter sandwich with bananas, or peanut butter with jelly!!! That is sooo easy to prepare and sooo easy to eat!!! It is also filling!!! How about making ants in the log??? How do you do that???? Goodness gracious, you do not know how to do it??? Ask any 4 or 5 year old kid and they will tell you how to do it!!!! What planet are you from that you do not know ants in the log???? Do you think ET will know it??? Are you with ET??? Never mind, do not answer!!! You are really out of it!!!! I do not know about you!!!! Plus how could you eat ants, it might crawl on your mouth!!!! Then I have to take you to the hospital because of the ants on your mouth!!!! Oh my gosh!!!! You are sooo hopeless!!!! Stop!!!! Ha! Ha! Ha! You are making me laugh sooo hard I have to have a time out!!!! Gee, whiz, where did you really come from???? There are no real ants!!!! Oh, why did you not tell me??? Because you were busy ranting non-stop that I cannot butt in!!!!! Okay, I will be quiet, tell me how to do it!!!! Okay, get several stalks of celery, wash it and cut it into 2 to 3 inch length. Spread peanut butter inside the celery stalks, and topped it with raisins!!!! Sounds good???? That sounds like fun to make!!!! Hurry, let us make some!!!!!

What is a dream?? A dream is a succession of images and emotions which the mind experience during sleep. It is a reflection of our subconscious mind. Some people say that we dream what we desire or fear!!!! Is this true???? Any comments????
Did you know what the scientific study of dreams is called???? Who cares??? Well, you better sit down. It is a long, weird word!!!! Are you ready??? Ready or not, here it is!!! Well, well, you ask a question, but you do not wait for an answer!!!! Hmmmphhh!!! I do not wait for an answer because you are toooooo slow!!!! The word is..... Oneirology!!! Can you remember that word?? Are you crazy? Maybe for just a few seconds!!! Ha! Ha! Ha! That is a hard word to remember!!! How do you pronounce it?? On the second thought, forget it!!! We are not in the spelling bee!!!
Some observers said that dreams are associated with Rapid Eye Movement or REM, with the brain activity like wakefulness!!! How about that, we learned 2 new words today!!!! I think that is it for me today, I will not be able to take anything anymore!!!! You will be saturating my brain!!! You are sooo crazy!!!! Are you guys ready for more new words???? Some dreams that I really do not like is about the teeth!!! For me, a loss of a tooth is always terrifying. Often times, it is a bad luck, an omen for a death of a relative or friend!!!! I like dreaming about flying, reaching the very top of a stairs or mountain, or even riding the elevator to the very top!!!! These dreams mean good things, that you are on top and you have risen above something!!!! How about money??? That is always a welcome dream, is it not??? How about your long gone relatives??? That is always a welcome one!!! How about dreams in a battlefield??? I do not like this dream!!! To me, this is a nightmare!!!! When I am dreaming of bad and weird things, I hope I always wake up!!! How about sexual themes??? Ummmm....no comment!!! Why??? Do you dream about it??? How about you guys???? I do not want to start on this one because it might go on forever!!!! So, beat it!!!! Isn't there a song that has the words," beat it?" Yes, but whatever you are thinking, beat it!!!! My, my, my, you are such a testy little one!!!! Tsk! Tsk! Tsk!!
Can you continue your dream??? I think I have a few times, when I had to heed to the call of the "John" in the middle of the night, I wake up, do my business, go back to bed...believe it or not, I was able to continue my dream!!!! So, there was a part 2, with an intermission??? Wow!!!! Has any of you experienced this???
How about a recurring dream??? Or Deja Vu??? When you go to a place and you realized that you have seen this place before??? Can you recall dreams?? No, has any of you experienced it??? How about dreams that happens in the future?? I have sometimes experience that!!! That is soooo weird!!!!
