Jet's pizza review. Another pizza place? You must really like pizza! You got it babe! It is one of the inexpensive, filling, super fast carry out in America! Are you ready? Yes, sir!!
First, a little history of Jet's pizza. It first opened in 1978 by brothers Eugene and John Jetts in a vacant party store converted into a restaurant in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Founder Eugene was about to buy a new home, but on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. The rest is history. Back to my carry out of Jet's pizza.
My order? A large deep dish Jet 10 ($ 18.99), best of Jet's small, ($9.99) and a chocolate chip cookie( $6.99). Total cost = $38.13. Whoa! That is very expensive! It sure is. I did not pay that price. Why? Because I had a coupon.Coupon, Baby cakes, C...O....U...P...O...N! You have to have coupons nowadays to buy everything. That's it, but oftentimes, you do not have coupons. And coupons are getting scarce now, is it not? How much did I pay? $25.13! That is still expensive, but it is better than $38.13.
Was it good? The Jet 10 was really good, with 10 different meats on it. The Jet's small was a 4 corner, 4 piece pepperoni and cheese. It was very good with very crispy edge. Crispy edge? Like chips? How about crunchy edge? Crispy, crunchy....what's the difference? Ha! Ha! Ha! How about the cookie? The cookie was big, in a small pizza box. It was good, but the chocolate chip cookies I make is better. Really? Why don't you sell your cookies to Jet's? Hmmmm...that's a thought.
I could not believe that pizza is very expensive. You better believe it! Nothing is cheap now. If you want to save a little bit of your hard earned money, start cooking at home. But that is easily said than done. The cost of groceries are way too high also. But what can we do? Start raising your own pigs, cows etc? How? You cannot if you live in the city. Then just keep quiet and pray, and maybe the economy will get better?
Any comments or suggestions?
That's all folks! Take care. Until next time.
