2018 PUBLIC SQUARE ROSARY CRUSADE OCTOBER 13, 2018

The 2018 Public Square Rosary Crusade was a tremendous success with 21,145 rallies in the USA, and 23,081 in 27 nations across the globe. The number of Rosary Rallies has been steadily increasing throughout the years. When we first started in 2007, we were surprised to reach 2,000, whereas now we are slowly nearing 25,000. This increase is a wonderful means to show Heaven of our determination to please God and our willingness to stand up for His moral law.

Next year, it will take place on October 12, 2019  the Saturday closest to the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima.

I cannot believe that it has been 11 years since my first Rosary Rally. It has been in the same park except in 2007 where it was held in the parking lot of a local church. I am very thankful for my husband and the Public Square Rosary Crusaders that comes every year to pray with me even though they are in pain or have just undergone surgery. The cold weather ( 45 degrees) did not deter us with our prayers and singing. There was a guy that came and sat with us. I gave him a rosary and when he left, he said to us that he has not prayed for a long time and needed it. Praise God if we were instruments to help him!

It was such a happy and blessed occasion that we all look forward every year to gather and pray for America and the whole world.

I thank God, the Blessed Mother and America Need Fatima for the opportunity to serve as a rally captain again this year! It is truly an honor and a blessing.

May God bless all of us!

ROSARY RALLY OCTOBER 14, 2017

Last Saturday, October 14, 2017 was the 10th Rosary Rally sponsored by America Needs Fatima. There were 21,570 rallies that day throughout America and I was blessed to be one of the rally captains of this blessed event.
My rally was held in a park in Sterling Hts, Michigan. The weather was gloomy and rainy but it did not prevent us from holding our yearly rally. My husband and I decided to go early to the park to see if the covered pavilion is available. Thank God and the Blessed Mother...it was available, although we have to share it with a group of people. We were so glad and thankful that our dearest friend, Gus, helped us to set up.
At 12 noon, we started....we sang, recited the Rosary, intentions, consecration and other prayers. There was a guy from the group that was loud that listened and came to sit with us. He asked me if he could keep the copy of the 10 reasons why we do a rosary rally in public and he was quite impressed. I noticed that he took one of the rosaries on the table and was trying to follow us. I gave him a brochure with the illustrations of how to pray the rosary. I hope and pray that he got something good out of this. Who knows? He might start to pray the rosary!
Our challenges last Saturday? The devil was hard at work! The group of men were playing in the back and they were sooooo loud! We had to compete with them, when they became loud, our voices in unison became louder also. It was a shouting match at times which we tried to ignore and just kept on praying. God is good! We were able to finish our prayers beautifully and the loud mouth men did not dampen our spirits.
After the prayers, we stayed to socialize. Can you believe that these men were not as loud when we were praying? Go figure!
We were all so happy to see and talk to each other again. I think it was almost 2 pm when we finished and we all cannot wait for next year's rally which will be on October 13, 2018. Mark your calendars!
I want to thank each and everyone of the participants in my rally. I want to especially thank Gus for all the help he did. Thank you Gus, Baby & Ed for your help! Thank you all! You guys are the best! Thank you God and the Blessed Mother for another successful rally!
OMG! On the way back to our cars, the rain poured! God gave us a sprinkle of " Holy Water" in the form of rain! We truly received our blessing that day!
May God bless America and the whole world! May God bless all of us!

Rosary Rally 2017

REMINDER TO ALL TO PRAY FOR AMERICA AND THE WHOLE WORLD..........
ROSARY RALLY 2017, sponsored by America Needs Fatima, will be on October 14th at 12 noon local time. Goal: 20,000 rosary rallies across the U S....please join your local group!

I am truly honored to be a part of this great ROSARY CRUSADE that keeps on growing every year. I am truly blessed to have been a part of this since the inception....10 years ago in 2007 ( October), the same year ( May 2007) I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I can remember taking invitations to churches from Sterling Hts to St Clair Shores and calling people to join us.

I am also in awe at the hard work and dedication America Needs Fatima does to make sure the rallies are successful every year. I saw first hand how they recruit volunteers to call people all over America to be a part of these rallies. I was blessed and honored to heed the call of the Blessed Mother to volunteer in 2008. Together with my sister from Canada, we spent a week in Rossville, Kansas calling prospective rally captains. It was truly a joy to hear people say yes to us. It was a week to remember....the organization's leaders were very nice and very accommodating. The volunteers were amazing...some were bilingual which was a plus who helped interpreting with the phone calls.

My first rally was held in front of St Jane and we had people from Mt Clemens, Sterling Hts, Troy, St Clair Shores and Canada. I remember someone brought a beautiful statue of the Blessed Mother to be with us during the rally to which I was really thankful. Even though we were all freezing since it was cold and windy, we had a good time praying. Since then, we moved to the park and it has been our gathering place every year ......sunny, windy, rain, snow or sleet!

I thank God and the Blessed Mother for the beautiful people that keep on coming every year to help make the Rosary Rally a success! I thank America Needs Fatima for organizing these wonderful rallies every year! Hip! Hip! Hooray!

Uh, oh....I talked too much...anyway, please join us or your local rally near you.......thank you! May God bless all of us!

When: October 14, 2017 ( Saturday)
Where: James C. Nelson Park, 15 Mile Rd, Sterling Hts, Mi
Time : 12 noon sharp local time
Please bring your rosary & chair.

ROSARY RALLY 2015 AUGUST 18, 2015

Rosary Rally 2015 will be held this year on October 10, 2015 with the goal of 14, 000 rosary rallies across the United States.

Rosary rally is coordinated nationally by America Needs Fatima ( Tradition, Family, Property). It always amazes me that every year they surpass their goal. How did they accomplish it? Of course...with the help of God and the Blessed Mother. Also there are many volunteers from all over the United States and Canada that go to Rossville, Kansas every year to call for volunteer rally captains.

My sister from Canada and I had the privilege to go to Kansas for a week in 2007 to recruit rally captains. We started our day daily with a rosary in the car, mass in a local church and breakfast in the office. Then we will hear the bell from Mr. Pierce signalling the start of our calls. We would pray and get our binders and stack of names to call people all over the United States to recruit them for the rally. It was amazing at the responses we had, and we hardly had anyone turning us down! And if someone needs an interpreter, there was always a caller that is bilingual! There was a great camaraderie with all the volunteer callers. There was no pressure at all!

We would break for lunch which was prepared by the volunteers, relatives and staff of America Needs Fatima. And...oh, boy! what a lunch it was all the time! We were also supplied with snacks, coffee, etc for our breaks. Lunch was a time to chat with new found friends and everyone was very happy and friendly.

After lunch, we were back to our stations for more calls. It was like a three ring circus, in a good way, with several of us calling people. We can hear how the caller gets so enthusiastic with their call that we cannot help but admire the volunteer caller with the grace, ease and friendliness of their tone on each of the calls they make. With that said, how could someone on the other end refuse to be a rally captain?

At around 5:00 in the afternoon, we would hear the bell signifying the end of the day. We would pray and head for the kitchen for dinner. It was always amazing at the food that they served to the volunteers. It was always a feast and so delicious! Kudos to the volunteers in the kitchen! They did a wonderful time feeding the volunteers. My sister and I want to thank them for the great spread they prepared everyday on our stay in Rossville, Kansas!

It was not all work and no play during our volunteer days in Rossville.  The volunteers had dinner at Mr. Slobodnick's (rally coordinator) house where we met Mr. Slobodnick's  family. We also had a dinner buffett in one local place and on the weekend, we had a sightseeing trip to the War Memorial Park which was amazing!

At first, when we saw the cornfields along the way when we arrived, my sister and I thought," we're in the middle of nowhere!" Was this a mistake?  What were we thinking? Reminiscing back, it turned out to be one the best week in our lives. It was a very enjoyable, reflective, fun filled and rewarding experience that my sister and I will never forget. Thank you all!

The Rosary Rally ( cordinated nationally by America Needs Fatima )  held on October 11, 2014 was a huge success! Hip! Hip! Hooray! We joined 12, 629 rallies across the United States praying for America and the whole world. Please note that the 2015 Rosary Rally will be held on October 10, 2015...goal: 14,000!
The weather was nice and sunny, although a little bit cold and windy. All the participants were very happy, friendly and enthusiastic. We sang, prayed and recited the Joyful and Glorious mysteries. It was truly an honorto be a part of this exciting event every year. I cannot believe that it has been eight years, since 2007! Some of the participants have been going since the beginning.....rain, snow or sleet! One even told me that she was supposed to have an operation that week, she postponed it just to be with us!! Another one was supposed to have another appointment but chose to be with us instead! I am sure that God and the Blessed Mother really appreciates them in their commitment to the Rosary Rally! I appreciate all the rally participants and cannot thank them enough for being faithful to this cause.
Everyone lingered a little bit in the park after the prayers and we all mingled with each other. It was truly a glorious and a blessed day for all of the rally participants. We all enjoyed each others company and left feeling blessed!!
Thank you all again for participating and God willing, I hope to see you all next year!!! God bless you all!!
Pray for world peace!
God bless America and the whole world!!

ROSARY RALLY 2013, OCTOBER 12, 2013

Rosary Rally Crusade was held yesterday, October 12, 2013 all over the United States.  I was on one of the rallies which was held at a park. The prayer started promptly at 12 noon local time...weather was gorgeous...sunny and a little bit on the cooler side, which was fantastic.  It was a very successful, blessed and happy event shared by the rally attendees. After the rally, we stayed at the park socializing since it was a beautiful day. A wonderful, wonderful event....and I thank all of the rally participants that help me pray and make the rally a very successful one this year. Everyone felt sooo blessed and cannot wait for the rally next year. We hope and pray that we will do it again next year, God willing.

Purpose of the rally was to pray for our beloved country and the whole world, organized by America Needs Fatima organization. There were 11,247 rallies held which exceeded expectations of 10,000. Isn't that amazing?  11,247 rallies praying at the same time for America and the world.  People that joined felt so blessed and happy and knew that in a small way helped pray for our country and the world. We sure need the prayers, don't you all agree? I am sure that God and the Blessed Virgin Mary are so happy for our prayers and I hope and pray that God will continue to bestow His blessings to our dear, beloved country and the world.
