TELEVISION SHOWS OCTOBER 20, 2014

How did you all like Dancing With The Stars last night?  Was the right person booted out?  How was the guest judge? Were the dancing and costumes measured to your expectations? My gosh! You are asking a lot of questions! Oooooppppssss....sorry...But wait...this is a free country, so I can ask many, many questions is it not? I rest my case! Ha! Ha!

Let us start with the guest host.  Uh! Oh!  Who?  Leah Remini!  What about her?  I do not think she should have been the host. Why?  She is rough or coarse, whatever you want to call it.  She does not have the finesse that Erin Andrews or Brooke Burke have. She was hitting the professional dancer, Derrick Hough, all over the place with her microphone.  Plus I saw her in the previous episode while she was a contestant. Why did they not take Brooke back as the guest host?  She and Tom Bergeron were really good together. Where was Erin?  In Kansas City covering the World series! Did you miss her? Booo..hoo... here's some tissues....  

The judges.....Julianne Hough and Carrie Ann Inaba were looking glamorous as always!  Julianne....thumbs up to your dress! Simple is good! By the way, nice back!  I could not believe that Carrie Ann spank Alfonso Ribiero 10 times!!!  Did you get a thrill, Carrie Ann?  Sorry, I could not resist....she must have been really impressed with his dancing to get this reaction from her. I can see that especially after he had injury on his groin ( is it really the groin, or something else? Ha! Ha! Ha! ). I am sorry Alfonso, I am not laughing AT you, I am laughing WITH you! I hope you get better soon!  Pitbull, the singing sensation.. the guest judge....was he made into a judge so they do nat have to pay him and be a guest singer? I just thought about that. A guest singer and a guest judge... why not? Or was he paid on both counts? What is it to you? You are not the one paying, the commercials does! And speaking of commercials, it seems that there are more commercials now than ever!  Anyway, I guess he is an okay judge also.

Jonathan Bennett/ Allison Holker on week 6 were booted out. I will miss his face with his large eyes popping on the screen every now and then. I did not think he was the worst dancer on the show. He must have lesser followers that the other celebrities!

The judges continue on their quest for the most talented singers on the show.  They stole some singers that they thought should have a second chance. Is this a gimmick on the judges side....selecting the least talented so both of their singers will have a chance to stay? Hold on missy, both of the singers have equal talent, but the judges can only choose one.  That is what I am saying, the judges knew that both are talented, but they do not want to let them go....so they pick the lesser artist so the other artist can stay. That is my observation of the show and the judges. The 4 judges, Gwen Stefani, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Pharell Williams seem to be getting along fine and I admire them for their keen ears for beauty and perfection of the contestants voices.

Who was the first celebrity to be eliminated this season? Do you want to take a guess? Please tell us!!! Not yet...you have to be patient a little bit more. Why?? Don't you want to know what happened first, who danced what and the scores?? Not really, but I think you will do it anyway! You got that right baby!!!! Let us talk about Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke first. What about them? Tom is as usual... a smart aleck with Len Goodman once in a while, and Brooke Burke still posing a lot while flickering her eyes! I will admit though that Brooke had nice figure hugging dresses for the last two nights! And to think that she has several children!! That is such an accomplishment!! What is it with Dancing With The Stars on the second night? The first hour is a rerun of the first night? Why?? Plus, they sure know how to waste time on the second hour! Why do you say that? They already showed the celebrity dances, but they do it again and again before the eliminations are announced!! Well, they want to fill up the whole hour, and what is a better way to do it than to recap the dances?? Oh well.... I just thought I will mention it. Who was good this week? Romeo with Chelsea Hightower with the quickstep was good, but it seems he is trying sooo hard to be macho and a Romeo with Chelsea!! Isn't Chelsea too old for him?? Age does not matter with celebrities! That is true, and I forgot!! Ralph Macchio with Karina Smirnoff was also good with their Jive. It was fast and lots of energy!! Hines Ward with Kym Johnson in their Quickstep was also good, considering that he is a huge guy!! One thing for sure, Hines seems to be a mild mannered guy with a smile always!! Being nice is not good enough to win...you have to have excellent dancing skills! Well, all the celebrities on this season are not as great as the others from previous seasons, so I think everyone had a pretty good chance of winning!!! Except??? Wendy Williams with Tony Dovolani, Mike Catherwood with Lacey Schwimmer, Sugar Ray Leonard with Anna Trebunskaya, Kendra Wilkinson with Louis van Amstel, and Petra Nemcova wuth Dmitry Chaplin!!! Oh....oh...you already picked who you think will be eliminated early! Yes, unless they have something rolled up on their sleeves!!! Mike Catherwood with Lacey Schwimmer was the first celebrity eliminated this season. Ouch!!! He is now in the company of the lousiest dancers in the history of Dancing With The Stars!! Are these celebrities going to compete with each other to redeem their names??? I do not have a clue but they should!!! Well, until next week.....have a great day!!!!

Dancing With The Stars new episode is here!!!!! There are 12 celebrities paired with the dancing experts, and as usual, the emcees are Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke. Brooke's outfit on the first day of the episode was sooo revealing that if someone accidentally pull it off, her breasts will be really bared very easily!!! That is why I was really surprised to see her outfit on the second day was so modest!!! Oh, well, since she has a good body, she flaunts it!!!! Are you jealous??? Considering that she has 4 kids, that is remarkable to have a body like that!!!! You are right!!!!

Who are the dancers? They are the following: Bristol Palin/ Mark Ballas, Rick Fox/ Cheryl Burke, Jennifer Grey/ Derek Hough, Michael Bolton/ Chelsie Hightower, Margaret Cho/ Louis Van Amstel, Kurt Warner/ Anna Trebunskaya, Florence Henderson/ Corky Ballas, David Hasselhoff/ Kym Johnson, Brandy Norwood/ Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Kyle Massey/ Lacey Schwimmer, Audrina Partridge/ Tony Dovolani and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino/Karina Smirnoff.

Let us talk about Bristol Palin. She is very stiff, and a little on the heavy side. If she can manage to stay long in DWTS, I think her body would be a knockout. She has a pretty face also. Mama Palin should see to it that her dear daughter does not get eliminated soon!!! Bristol also seems to be on the shy side considering she had been on the limelight a lot!!! Well, with time she will emerge beautifully and gracefully from her coccoon!!!

Rick Fox is very tall for Cheryl! Cheryl had to get a 4 inch shoes to make her taller!!! How could Cheryl walk and dance in those heels??? I wonder if her feet went bonkers after each dance???? I was surprised that Rick has rhythm! He is also good looking. No wonder he got Vanessa Williams!!! Too bad, Cheryl, I do not think you will get any blings from Rick!!!!

Jennifer Grey, Baby from Dirty Dancing. Wow!!!! She can still move gracefully and beautifully with Derek!!! No wonder she got the highest score for the night...24!!!! I think she will be the favorite to win!!!

How about Michael Bolton, the singer??? He is very stiff and it seems that Chelsie was leading him!!!

There was too much comedy with Margaret Cho and Louis. Sure, it was entertaining, but she is in a dancing competition, not in a slapstick comedy hour!! I was soooo surprised that she dodged elimination!!!!

Kurt Warner, the retired football player. He is okay. He needs more practice!! Why is he retired?? He seems too young to retire! Not with football!!! Do you want him to be the old man of the team??? I do not think so!!! And if he could afford it, why not???

How about the 76 year old Florence Henderson??? She has a lot of spunk in her!!! She really wants to dance but the dance does not seem to fit her right!!! Well, look at her age!!! At least she is trying. I want to see you dancing in front of millions of viewers when you are 76!!!! I do not think you will be able to move like her!!! Okay, you are right!!!! I admit she does look good! I wonder though how much botox she has been injected already???? Ha! Ha! HA!! You are sooo crazy!!!! Ay..ya...yay!!! Shhhh.... We are not going to talk about that, okay??? We are here to talk about dancing!!!

Brandy Norwood, the singer. She is really good!!! I was not surprised that she can dance. She is also one of the contenders for the trophy!!!

Kyle Massey. Wow!!!! With his size, I was really surprised to see him dance!!!! He can really move!!! He is also a contender for the trophy!!!!

How about Audrina Partridge?? She needs a lot of practice!!!! Very stiff, not graceful!!!!

How did Mike Sorrentino got the nickname The Situation??? Anyone??? is it from his role in Jersey Shore??? With only 5 days of practice, nobody can really expect a lot from him!!! He is young, I am sure that he will be able to grasp what Karina will teach him!!! Any bets that Karina and him will be romantically involved???

David Hasselhoff. He is too gimmicky which did not work with both the judges and the viewers!!!! Adios David!!!! Too bad for Kym, she is off too from DWTS!!!!

Well, well, well, we saw the start of DWTS. Do you think it will have the same intensity as last years???? Probably. There are at least 3 that is in the position to garner the trophy!!! Who knows...there might be other that will push themselves to the limit!!!! Comments, anyone?????
