Hello, world!!!!!  It is Sunday, a very hot and steamy day again!!!!  Am I complaining???  Of course not!!  It is better to be hot than to be cold, is it not???

Speaking of hot weather, many states across the United States is experiencing drought.  Oh, oh, I can see our groceries are going to skyrocket some more!  Just some???  Prices for food are already very, very expensive!!  I do not see how people will be able to afford to eat if it goes even higher!! That is sooooo sad, is it not???  It is Sunday, please give the doom and gloom stories a rest.  Sorry,  I cannot promise....but I will try.

I am trying to think of some pleasant things to say but I cannot think of anything.  Let us see....computers and modern gadgets have really taken over our lives.  Sometimes I find myself calling someone on the phone who is just a few steps away from me.  Crazy is it not???  No, not really.  One time I was at the mall on the second floor, I saw my companion downstairs.  What did I do?  Yell at him so he can see me!  What happened?  Everybody looked at me!!!  Embarrassing, is it not???  LOL.  Come to think of it, I do not see anyone yelling or talking anymore.  All I see are fingers busy texting!!  When we communicate, we do it in the computer instead of talking on the phone.  What in the world has happened to the world we live in???   Oh, well.  Is that good or bad??  Any comments????

Let us talk about politics.  Oh, no.... are you serious???  Of course, I am!  Here she goes...it will be a non- stop ranting again.  What happened to the good old days in politics??  Now, all we hear is dirty laundry of politicians!!!  Who cares about Romney being involved with Bain??  I applaud him for being successful and rich!!  Are we becoming a country of envious people??  What politicians should do is focused on how the country will turn around and eliminate high unemployment, high food prices, high gasoline and high cost of everything including light, water etc..etc....etc....Politicians should also focus on how to turn around the economy for the better so our country will once again prosper and not become a third world country!!!  Comments please.......

Now, let us go to Olympics.  Is that for real that our athletes are wearing uniforms made in another country???  That is soooo sad!!  I cannot imagine that the United States Olympics committee could not find anyone from America that can sew!!!  And to think that what they paid for per uniform is very expensive!!! Don't you agree that maybe someone had a kickback on this???  Several thousand dollars per uniform from a country known for cheap labor is beyond me!!!  Whoa!!! Don't you think that someone in this country could have made the outfits, and maybe even cheaper????  Okay, okay, you have made your point.  May this be a lesson to the Olympics committee!!!!

I think I have said a lot already. Till next time....please pray for world peace and for Pope Benedict XVI!!!

JULY 4, 2012 INDEPENDENCE DAY

Happy Birthday America!!!  May we all be blessed with many, many more years of freedom and prosperity!!

Why a blog today??  Why not??  It is July 4th!!!  How sentimental and patriotic you are!  Of course!! How about you??  You could not care less??  Just pretend all is " hunky dorey?"  Take a look everywhere...there is moral decay in our society, rampant unemployment, high cost of food, gas and everything else!  Should I keep on going??  Okay, okay, I get it!  Stop!!!

How about the Health Care?  It just got passed!!!  The Chief Justice, from what I read, succumbed at the last minute from the pressure of someone!!  Then he flew to hide in Malta!!!  What a piece of work he is!!!  Was he trying to dodge any confrontations, questions or wrath from the people???  What a shame!!!  Any comments, anyone???  Speaking of the Supreme Court....I think they should be voted and not appointed by the president!  It is unfair for the justices to just be appointed, then they will just be a "yes" man or woman to the president.  After all, they owe him to become one of the most prestigious sought after jobs!  Am I right or wrong???  Tell me!!!!

Have you all seen the never ending punishment on our land???  Tornadoes, floods, fires, violent storms causing quite a bit of damage and days of living without power!  Please, let us all put back God in our lives.  Let us all pray, pray, pray!!!!  Maybe, God will have mercy on all of us and we will see an improvement in our beloved country!

It is 8 pm, do you know what is happening in the world?  Why? Should we bother to know? It is the same old, same old things....bad economy, outrageous unemployment, high prices on everything, should I keep on going???  No one really cares about the sad plight of our country.  The rich people do not care, the politicians do not care...all the politicians care about are themselves!!!   Woe to all of us!!!!

What should we do as citizens of our great country which is rapidly going down the toilet???  PRAY! PRAY! PRAY! Pray that our leaders wake up and see what they have done to this once great country! Or maybe someone should give them a good tap to awaken them all!!  Any takers???

MOTHER'S DAY MAY 13, 2012

Wow!!!  I cannot believe that it is Mother's Day already.....the fifth month!!!  Time really flies!!!  Where does it fly???  Here she goes again, trying to be a smart aleck!  It takes one to know one!!!  Ha! Ha! Ha!  Got ya!!! 

Anyway, what is every one going to do for their mothers??  Treat her out to dinner??  Buy her flowers, chocolates, clothes, jewelry, cake???  Mothers really do not care if she gets a present or not.  What are you talking about??  Speak for yourself!!  Ha!  Kidding aside, I am sure mothers are happy with just even a kiss and a hug on Mother's Day.Woohooo!!! That is so sweet!!! Or better yet, do something nice like doing the laundry, cleaning, cooking etc...etc...My! My! My!  Now, do not get carried away!!!!  What you need is a maid!!! Ooooppppsssie........

On this Mother's Day, tell your Mom how much you love her.  OMG!!!  That is sooooo lame!!  Really???  So, what do you tell her instead???  Nothing!!!  You are sooooo bad!  Why can't you tell her you love her?  Because some families were not raised to show emotions!  It's about time to change that! After all, life is short. We all have to be more affectionate and loving with each other. Yes, madam!! 

Go on, do something nice for your mother today.  Let her enjoy the day that is reserved for her. She deserves a very special recognition....that is too bad....it is only one day in a year!  May everyone continue to shower their mothers with love not only today but throughout the year!!

Hip! Hip! Hooray!! It's Friday!!!  Time to get yourself psyche up to party!!! Wow!! It is only 9:10 am and you are already talking about partying...Party animal!!!!  Where are we going at this time of the day to party??? Nowhere!!!! Ha! Ha! Ha! Are you crazy??? What I am talking about is later!  Of course you have to accomplish what you need to do before you can party! Now, she's talking.  I thought we will just head on to party and be partying from morning to wee hours of the day!  Sorry to burst your bubble!! Ha! Ha! Ha!

What do I want to talk today?  Let us start with  American Idol.  What about it??  I think the judges already have a winner on their mind.  Everytime he sings, the judges give him a big standing ovation.  What is wrong with that?  He is really good!!! Who are you talking about?  None other than Joshua Ledet! Oh, well... the judges really like him. 

I was so surprised to still see Phillip Phillips in the top three, I really thought that he would be eliminated last night. Do you see how he sings? It seems he is squirming, and look at his facial contortions! That is sooo funny!! I think he does that so that he can hit the note!! Judges.....am I right??? 

How about Jessica Sanchez??  She has a beautiful voice but why does she always choose songs that is not suited to her voice?? And the songs are old!!! Well, as an artist, she should show that she can tackle the different songs!  True....but in a competition like this, she should go for songs that have the oooomph!!! I think she should choose songs of Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey or Celine Dion to win! I wonder how she will sound with the theme song of the Titanic???  Any comments????  Enough of the American Idol.....

What is next? Oh, oh, I have it!!!  How about the United Nations telling the United States to give Mt Rushmore to the Sioux Indians??  Why is the United Nations telling Americans what to do?  Are we just their puppets??  And I thought that the United States gives them money to survive and tell countries what to do?? Ay...ya...yay....what is the world going into???  The next thing they might do is add the United Nations emblem on Mt Rushmore or the White House!!!  Please, do not let them ruin our history!!!!

May 1, 2012 BITS & PIECES

Hi, everyone!!!  It is May 1, 2012!  Did you all miss me??  I do not know why I stopped posting....lazy????  busy???  Did not want anymore???  Other things???  No excuses, please!!!  Oh, well.  Why did I decide to come back?  Boredom???  Of course not!!  Then what??  I do not know!  Just keep quiet and read!!  Whew!!!  Testy! Testy! Testy!!

Seems like the world has changed from a year ago and it is still changing.  Is it better?  No, I do not think so!  There is still a very high unemployment, foreclosures, high food prices, high gas prices, more people on food stamps than ever, and the US dollar rapidly descending on it's value and losing the ever prestigious world reserve currency status!  There are more things happening that I could go on and on, but I will be here in the computer all day long and my big butt will be swollen to death!!!  Ha! Ha! Ha!  Excuse me but this is not a laughing matter.  Of course, it is not a laughing matter!  In fact, it is a grim reality for all Americans!  Sad....really sad......so please pray for our country!!!

On a lighter note, let is start with the television shows.  How about the Apprentice??  What about it??  It is just a show to make the Donald and family richer!  Have you noticed that they always managed to interject their products on the show??  Of course, they should, since it is his show!  I am soooo sad for Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza.  She had been in the boardroom seven times!!!  Seven times!!!  Tsk! Tsk! Tsk!  What is wrong with that picture??  A lot!!!  Dayana is one really class act.  She was as calm as can be as one of the contestant's foul mouth hurdles tirades and downgrade her one after another.  I really think that these women were really just envious and jealous of her!!!  After all, she is very beautiful, tall, have a gorgeous body, and a pleasant personality.  Admit it, Apprentice women....that is it....is it not???  Your jealous rage towards her made you all so miserable, you cannot stand her!!!  Someone even had the tenacity that she is lacking some grey matter.  I disagree with her!  You cannot be Miss Universe unless you have brains and beauty!!  You are just jealous since you cannot be Miss Universe in your lifetime!!!  Ugghhh!!!  Crazy ugly person!!!!  Ne! Ne! Ne! Ne! Ne! Ne! Congratulations to Dayana for not stooping down to the gutter level!!!  I applaud you!!!  Hip! Hip! Hooray!!  I know you will be more successful than this sorry a.......!!!!!

Dancing With The Stars.....what is this about Maria Menounos and Derek Hough?  They like to kiss a lot!!  Do I smell hanky panky going on???  That is not your beeswax!!  Okay! Okay! To each his own!  I can see last night that Maksim was dying to say something when the judges criticized their dance.....what happened Maks....did they tell you to keep quiet or you might lose your job?  After all, you are also injured???  What happened to your big mouth???  I am sooo glad that the judges finally saw that Roshon is really good and talented!!  I thought they are prejudiced towards him because of his youth that they have already lost!!!  What do you all think????
